This is all a misunderstanding that got blown out of proportion. We had a truce with hope that lasted about a week, one of their members bill37 started attacking TNT monday night. We tried to message him and the host of hope but received no reply. So we declared. Another cease fire was struck later that evening, with the vice of hope. but he failed to inform his host. When the host got on and saw the declarations, he/she contacted all hope friends, and they declared as well. That's about it
